It's a neuroscience-based technique, developed by Dr. Ronald Ruden, that we train mental health professionals worldwide.
Havening changes how a memory is stored in the brain so it stops firing the same stress response. You don't need to relive it, and you don't need to have tried everything else perfectly first. You just need the right tool.
Our Approach
Works with the hardwiring of brain - where trauma and trapped emotions are stored to gently and with precision process and update these stressful times - so you can look back and feel neutral
Does not rely on talking - we work with the brain circuits that store trauma which mean you can silently think or feel into the emotions without needing to disclose event - and still find relief
Safe, gentle and “surprisingly fun” - our goal is to limit time spent in the trauma, enough to activate the stress circuits (30 seconds) then we move your focus to strength based approaches and regulation.

With specific protocols, we work directly with the trauma pathways to delink the survival response — so you can return to that memory or sensation and feel light, neutral, and no longer attached.
